The main guideline of designing green areas was its integration into the existing environment formed by building villas with modern architectural expression. The main emphasis is a spacious lawn, which covers approximately 1,500 m². Topiary shaped boxwoods and hedges and support a strong architectural expression. Topography dictated the formation of a unified system of flower pots, with special emphasis on the selection of plant species that would benefit from these conditions. Significant ambient unit is formed around the old cedar, which is under strict protection as a natural monument.
