Alley of the species Acer freemanii is located between the facility and one of the busiest streets in Belgrade, in addition to the ecological functions, by the presence and attractive colors highlights the architecture of the building.
Intensive type of the hotel’s roof garden which spreads over 350 m² represents a link between modern and traditional architecture. The roof garden reduces the impression of “coldness” of the object and thus contributes to the pleasantness of the environment for both employees and visitors.
In front of the reconstructed building of the old mill, hues of summer are contributed by four seedlings of Indian lilac and with their airy tree tops they complement the look of the building facades.
